According to the Container Port Performance Index 2022 initiated by the World Bank and S&P Global Port Performance Program quoted in the Review, Colombo Port, which was ranked 33rd last year, has been ranked 24th this year (2022). Highest-performing port in South Asia award was also won by Colombo Port. Every year this reputation has increased. The reason is that SLPA has a good safe working environment for employees. If employees have a good safe work environment, they try to complete their tasks immediately.

DeleteThey are mostly communicate health and safety policies with using training programs, from their supervisors, and using medical staff. Management also try to get good connection with staff. These kind of strategies are using to communicate with the employees.
